The Governing Body of the school consists of Governors elected by parents/carers, Staff, Foundation Governors, Governors proposed by the Local Authority and those co-opted from the community and school staff.
The Governing Body meets regularly to monitor the school and ensure its effective management. Committees are established to oversee various
areas including finance, curriculum and welfare.

Governors serve for a term of four years. Vacancies periodically arise and anyone interested in becoming a Governor should contact the Headteacher
or Chair of Governors.
Parents are encouraged to communicate with Governors about any issues they wish to be raised at meetings
